Typical semi-tight table except for button, whose a touch loose but nothing too crazy.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (4 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Hero (t2330)
Button (t2570)
SB (t3352)
BB (t1748)

I think I would push this.

SNGPT says with all opponents on average - too close to call.

With the button on loose - clear fold.

Close one. If table is weak and tight, I like it. If they're "average" (whatever that means), I wait for a better spot - i.e. pushing any two from button or SB in the next couple hands instead of KTs from UTG.

because you said the table is slightly on the loose side, i like a fold.

I like a push here. Four handed this is a very good hand. Plus, the button's looseness can be discounted a great deal IMO because of the fact that your chip counts are almost equal. He may be loose in some situations (earlier in the game, pushing himself as opposed to calling, etc.) but only a true maniac is going to call off almost his entire stack without a very good hand IMO.

Not arguing with you (although I obviously disagree), but could you explain why this is so clear cut? I think that at the very least, it's a pretty close call.

wow, i thought this was a pretty clear push. but i tend to bust on the bubble a lot, so i'm happy to hear opinions.

edit: ok, maybe not a "pretty clear" push, b/c i'd fold K8s and K9o.

No kidding.
I have a disturbing amount of 4th place finishes when the stacks are equally distributed. Pushing requirements are actually prety high from the CO when the chips are 2500 all around.
