Looks like Ben Wallace decided to show up for the first time in about a month

27 pts for the Spurs in the 1st Q. So much for the Piston's focusing on their D...

Solid first half from both teams. Everyone's going to be talking about Ben Wallace finally showing up. How about Chauncey Billups? Playing aggressive offensively and finally *finally* roughing Parker up. That elbow to the head was the play of the series so far. If I see Parker stroll into the lane and flip up another one of those sissy muffin with sprinkles layups uncontested, I may puke.

I love Chauncey. That coast to coast where he posted up Parker in transition was beautiful.

In the words of Al Michaels, The pistons came home and a series broke out.

Everyone should have seen the result of this game coming from at least a mile away.
It would have been more surprising if the Spurs had won game three.

Chauncey was an absolute beast today. 20 points, 7 assists, 6 rebounds, 1 turnover. Hitting every big shot, playing great defense, getting his teammates involved; this was a finals MVP caliber performance. And thank god McDeiss finally woke up. This game made me happy.
