The computer people have got to know what I'm talking about, everyone I know is getting one of these little USB sticks that plugs into a computer. They're pretty big, 256mg to 512. What's the cheapest you can get them online? I found some for 35 but I figured I could get them for less. Do they come bigger than 215megs, and are they generally reliable? Obviously I will use a backup, just are they fast/reliable?

Check out the ads in the paper from Office Depot, CompUsa, Best Buy etc. Often they have sales where you can get these pretty cheap. I picked up a few 128mb ones for 10 bucks each at CompUsa a while back. They come as big as 1gb (1024mb) but you probably have to pay upwards of 80 bucks or more for those.

I just ordered this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820189013) from newegg.com

512 MB for 31.99 minus a 10.00 rebate for a grand total of 21.99...great price!

On a side note, I once owned the best computer of anyone I knew... People were shitting their pants because it had 750 MB of hard drive space. I had about 12K into that computer... It also had 32 Megs of ram that cost about $1600....oh how times have changed!

I got a 1 gig Lexas JumpDrive which I love for a present. I believe it was under $50 after rebates.
