Empire SNG Credit Problem

I just entered a set of 4 22 SNGs on Empire. I had computer problems at about level 4-6, and got logged off. I was ITM (3 players left) in one, with about 1500 chips in another, busted in one more, and about 700 in another. I log back in and I have one table open, the one with 700 (it was at the lowest blind level, so that's why I'm still alive). I'm not angry about getting blinded, off, but I haven't been credited the 40$ from the one I was ITM in! I checked my Account History, and this is what I get:

Two of the tables aren't up there, I am not listed as on them, they didn't open when I relogged in and don't exist anymore, and I haven't gotten credited for the one I was ITM in (which I was probably going to win... [censored]). I know they're not responsible for me losing money because of my disconnects, but they have to credit me for the one I was ITM in. Has anyone had this happen?

So will they credit me with the 88$, or what is the deal? I probably would have won more than 88$, but I'm not going to complain if they just give me my 88 back.

when the site crash has crashed on me in the past (empire or party) I always email support and they credit me for it.. they take the money in the pool (including rake) of the remaining players and divide it evenly (not taking into account at all chip stacks, which rather sucks if you are chip leader and there was a very shortstack on the table)... so if 5 people were left on a 22, fopr instance, you would get 220/5, or 44..

they usually figure thi out on their own, but email support just to make sure.

i'm currently heads up in a MTT on Empire right now and its just frozen...and it says 'the tournament has been paused. play will resume shortly' accross the center of the table

I just emailed them and asked for my 88$ back. If they do it by sending out 220/players left I'm going to be pissed if they just give me 88$ because I would have done better than that.

Ouch. I had 4K in one SNG 3 handed, against two crappy players, 1500 in another with 6 players, and 700 in another 7 handed. I actually got back on the 700 one, tripled up with KK, then lost two 50 50s and busted out of that one.

thats how they do it in sngs, I have no idea about multis, although I imagine they will give some regard to chip size.

just found out empire does 50% of prizepool equally and 50% based on chip counts (for MTT's) + your entry fee

so based on that i get $648 for the chop + $6 in entry fee's...well if i'd have won i would have gotten $660...i'll take it!!

Empire refunded me, they took the (prizepool/# players left) + rake.

Kudos to them, only took 2 hours.
