Online, 10 handed, 5-10 NL
Game is playing pretty loose passive preflop and tightening up post flop.
I sat down maybe 2 orbits ago, but I haven't really played a hand yet, so I might seem tight.
I am in the BB (~1k) with 6 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG+1 raises to 30 MP2 calls CO (~1,275) calls, Button calls, I call.
Pot: 155ish
Flop: 8 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 9 /images/graemlins/spade.gif Q /images/graemlins/heart.gif
I bet out 60 (????), UTG+1 folds, MP2 folds, CO raises to 180, folded to me
I?

Lead pot, call raise. CR heart turn(i might CR sometimes when i miss too), lead if you catch straight.

Hope you're not up against J /images/graemlins/heart.gifT /images/graemlins/heart.gif
this isn't as big a draw as you think....

That's the problem with this hand. It might not be a very big draw at all. I could be up against a made straight and/or a higher flush draw. Am I a sucker for leading the flop?
I'm not very good at making titles for these posts.
no you aren't a sucker, just this is a very different hand than say
K5s4s and you have 7s6s...

I think this is too complicated for me and I fold. I think half the time you are up against a made straight and 25% of the time you are behind another flush draw that is better than yours. If you want to put this guy on a set and call two pot sized bets to see the river you might pick up his stack. Looks like a bad gamble to me.
If I was CO your lead would look weak.

Especially if it stays 3 handed. If you are going to play then checkraising the flop huge representing JT is the better play, since even if you get played with you do not want a 3 way pot with one of the players with a better draw killing lots of your outs.

I thought it was heads up. BB leads, folded to CO who raises, folded to BB. Did I miss something?
