Short for donkey. Makes such moves as AI into a 90 chip pot with top two pair out of position. Also known to call down with 33. Basically, operates at the first level of thinking. "my hand is good, I should bet. My hand is no good, I should see another card. My hand might be good, I should call."

CSC <--- uber donk

FWIW, I was being serious, I thought his post was hilarious (if you don't get it, its referencing a Mike Matusow interview).

By example...

Live 3/6 cash game, full kill inefect.

Donk is the BB with 67o and calls the capped PF bet, call the flop capped bet with bottom pair, calls the capped turn unimproved, calls the river 6 capped bet to sweep a massive pot.

Another...

5-150 spread limit game short handed.

Donk is the BB with 63o and calls UTG raise to 25 which has been called by MP and SB. Flop 633, SB checks BB bets 150 and is raised 150 and 150 more and raise 150 to put the 3 remaining players out.

Percula = donk

for anybody who hasn't seen them, i'd highly reccomend (and no i am not a shill...they are very high quality) the www.cardplayer.com (http://www.cardplayer.com) WSOP coverage video's...each day they have a reporter interview all the winners, players etc...its as close to ESPN like real time coverage as we got.

Anytime you're down to less than 1/2 the BB, and about two hours from the money, it's fun to announce in the chat window that you're going to stall til the money.

It's even funnier to follow-up by doing it the next two times the action is on you.
