It means joke. I believe it came from Paul Phillips when he was playing against Helmuth on UB. He was playing under a friends account and witnessed Helmuth berating someone and in his outburts he mistakenly typed "Jopke"--im sure you can see him at the computer freaking out--anyway it just took off from there. Paul P. posted the transcript on his website.
