Hmm... I'm fairly new to limit hold'em, but I think its a check call on the turn, and a check/raise // bet on the river. Also maybe i should lead out on the flop?

I think this line is fine. Check-calling the turn might be a little better, but as soon as you check-3-bet the flop and then subsequently check-call the turn, people are going to be suspicious of a drawing hand. Thus, even if you took that line, you might not be able to pull off the river check-raise.

Personally, I'd probably check-call the turn because I'm not getting a fold yet I could get check-raised, especially with the ace out. Once I hit on the river, I'm betting out because I see this checking through often enough.

Preflop: I think you need one more caller to call here.
Flop: Getting more money in the pot is good, but I wouldn't want to blow people out of the hand, so I don't like the 3 bet.
Turn: Close.
River: Going for the c/r would need a read that UTG+2 will bet. I think betting out is fine here.

The SB at 5/10 is $2, right? 2/5 blinds? Then I fold this PF. Even knowing the BB is going to call, you're getting 4:1 with a marginal hand out of position against an EP raise, which is generally a strong hand. If the SB is $3, then it's a closer 33:7 or almost 5:1.
