I datamine .5/1. Just open up 4 tables and datamine them whenever you aren't using your computer. I do it while I sleep and during the daytime hours.

I do. It is much better to pay attention at the table, and to learn to do so, but there are situations that come up often where having a quick "read" helps. It's not even close to essential though.

Or PokerStars, now that u can datamine every table on the site at once with that program that just came out. (see my internet forum post for details)

I found it to be virtually useless. I never saw over 95% of the same players a second time.
