Anyone ever have site ask you for a fax or email of your liscense?

I was asked this today by Empire poker they said to prove my identity and for security reasons. Maybe because I signed up under my wife's name and I had an account there awhile ago just seemed strange to me. I told them okay over the phone but didn't do it yet not sure if I should.

A lot of sites will do stuff like that. Before clearing a bonus on Casino-on-Net, I accidentally gave them the wrong address for my checking account and had to talk to support on the phone. They asked me to send a copy of my driver's license and a copy of a utility bill.

Pretty standard.

Yes, this exact thing happended to me when I set up Empire in my wife's name. btw, if you then deposit into your Empire account using a card / account you have used for any Party skin they will freeze the account. You can get it unfrozen easy enough (or rather your wife can) by explaining that you made the inital deposit for her.

I used same neteller account I use for Eurobet and had no problems even cashed out same day to see. They asked to speak to my wife and I said I was her lol they can't say I have a man's voice that would be insulting. I didn't email the ID yet I will wait until they ask again maybe it will just pass by.

I have also had to email my liscense to Party poker, my twin brother was using his Girlfriends credit card. So we had to sign and show both liscense.
