Interesting hand from 1/2 Mill Guarenteed

2 hands into the tournament I get an interesing hand. The preflop action can be played numerous ways I'm sure, but the rest of the hand confuses me.

The flop raise was mostly to find out where I stood on the hand (for only 85 chips more.) Point taken.
