No reads, very early... I would have loved to come over the top, but there's no way this guy was folding if he hit his ace, no matter the kicker.

I do this 100% of the time. I don't know if it's standard, but this guy's got an ace 70+% of the time, and he's calling.

That bet is sneaky and smallish so he might not have an ace but it would suck to raise and get smooth-called so I would fold reluctantly there as well.

The ratio of an ace showing up on a flop when I have Kings is approximately 1:1.
