Yeah... this is my first year having a MLB team to root for. Fun bet to make when I was in Vegas a few months aback. Frankly, 200-1 probably isn't even fair odds, but they've made it exciting thus far.

Tonight they won their 9th straight. Not bad...

Ive been to 3 nats games this year... i dont know whats more fun to do.... shouting "go expos" at uncalled for moments or blurting out "OOOOOOOOOOOOO" during the national anthem. Both of them get a good rise out of the people who take it way too seriously...

The only reason I like tickets like those are because I could always find ways to hedge if the Nationals ever did make the post-season...

I've been to about seven games so far -- I'm not one to take it too seriously (in my opinion), but I think what's happening is a fantastic thing for the city. Washington takes a lot of knocks as a second tier city (and you can make that argument), but I love this place and so watching the Nats put this run together has been a really nice thing to see.

I don't know if this success will continue or not but I'm trying to enjoy every moment of it while I can. This is a first for me...

FWIW you can currently bet them at 35-1 at sportsbook.com, so to anyone who wants to be on them now it would be worth a bunch.

If it wasn't illegal and sure to be taken down it would be fun to see how much the ticket could get on ebay.
