I assume the question is between pushing and just calling the river. If he is as bad of a player as you say he is, and think he'll pay off with a worse A or 2 pair, then I push. If he hit one of those runner runner draws, then so be it. Against a good opponent I would just call the river.

I'd call on the river but wouldn't think about re-raising (i.e. jamming). Sure, he may have hit a worse two pair, but there are some ugly possibilities:

as examples. And he may have flopped a set of sixes and decided to wait until the river to pull the trigger (a lot of people like to do that).

I'd be calling but I wouldn't be real happy about it.
