Hijack plays to many hands preflop, almost 50%, Not to aggro post flop.

Checking behind on this flop would be bad. After being checked to your hand is probably best but far too vunerable to give a free card in a fairly large pot.

Definitely don't fold to the check/raise he could easily be doing this with a lower pocket pair or a 4. I would 3-bet.
