Apparently Evan and Michael Davis both have no clue what this phrase means.

Is this just a midwestern thing?

Funny how you include me when I defined tweaking to your satisfaction within moments and before you posted this. FU.

With love, Michael.

If you are talking drugs, no.

If you are talking adrenaline, no.

If you are talking video games, I have no clue.

I thought it was a common phrase, althought one I would rarely use.

I know what it is. I also live in the midwest.

It's tweaking and freak out in one expression or what?

tweakers in vegas are speed freaks - i don't know if that's what you're aluding to or not, but that's what i would guess it is.

All I know about tweaking out is that those are the words Sponger15SB used to describe this:

Tweaking out = being under the influence of meth amphetamines correct?

Never heard it said once in 18 years in New York, heard it within my first month in Madison. Pretty sure it's a midwest thing, like bubbler. Freaks.

this seems to be everyone's guess - although i wouldn't say the pictures of the kid above on this page are of someone on speed. he looks more like a kid who would be 'shroomin'.

Me and my friends had always used to when smoking weed, you start to laugh, and then your arms, legs, and head have these crazy spastic movements, then you start laughing some more, then it gets out of control and you can't stop it.

Speed, when I heard it living in the Southeast. 'Those Damn Blue-Collar Tweakers' by Primus... always figured they meant speed.
