I posted this in this forum, despite the fact that i plan on playing party NL 50 full, assuming that a higher % of people here have stat trackers here than in low limit. But i was an avid 5/10 short player untill i hit a 250BB down in like a week. After that i decided i hate swings and tested out the 50 NL sng's and have been doing alright but im not a big fan. I recently have decided to try out NL ring games with a BR of 3k. The reason i am posting is to figure out about how many BB's or buy-in's you need to handle the swings of each table (to get an idea of what to play) and what is the standard solid player sustainable rate (BB/100 hands). If you have any valueable info that i have left out it is also greatly appreciated.

Thanks

3k is way more than enough for those games.

i have no guess on winrates though.

gl to you.

yeah ive played for 1 hour now at party NL 50 and the play is rediculously soft on all 4 tables. but if anyone knows about win rates and specific BR necessities it is greatly appreciated.

The standard answer is 20 buy ins. A good to very good player should be able to stay around 10PTBBs at those stakes.

I'll pipe up and say that you should spend the next week reading the NL small stakes forum. The next week posting any questions you didn't find answers to and a couple hands.

I'll pipe up and ask what your talking about?
I wasn't concerned about my play, i was wondering what the typicall swings and sustainable winrates were at NL ring games.
