This guy was 3 betting lightly, and he's going to bet the turn. My plan was to c/r the turn but a K is a bad card. Should I do it anyway?

you didn't include the turn. Assuming it was K and you didn't include the action, I'd feel comfortable checkraising anyway. Given his 3betting standards if he's ALWAYS betting the turn, he's still more likely to not have you beat.

How much value are you going to get from him the times you are ahead? Is he calling you down with A or Q high? Consequently, is he ever 3betting hands you beat?

I would check-raise the turn anyway. He will fold a lot of hands with live outs--right?
