Another $11 SNG at Party. Is it correct to view this as wither a push or a fold? Can it be correct to make standard 3xbb raise here?

I wasn't eager to push this hand. Perhaps I'm just not in the correct mind set to play tonight for some reason. Feeling very timid.

At the 11s I push, only b/c some donk is gonna call my standard raise.

I think it's push or fold, and AQ is probably way too good to fold from any position. Considering this is an $11, raising to 3x BB wouldn't be horribly awful.
