Villian just sat down. No notes on him.

Anything wrong with the line?

I would reraise the turn. No way I toss it. If you get capped, I'd still call. You have a fair number of outs still on the river.

yeah you can't fold this

i'd re-raise the turn and call a non-club river bet (obviously raise a club river)

you have a million outs if you're behind (any club, any ace, any king)

Describe your hand, in words, on the turn. What draws do you have? How many outs do you have to hit those draws?

And then tell us the answer to your subject line question.

Title is bad. I meant on the river.

There's no way I'm not seeing the river. I have A outs, K outs, and nut flush outs. I count 12, right?

I held my nose and called at the end, knowing that there was a good chance the 2 pair was probably beat by a) a flush, or b) a set of either 5's or 8's.

Im pretty sure he has the flush but u still have the A to make a higher flush i would still 3 bet the turn and if reraised call down unless u hit ur flush

3betting here is insane.

Villain just check-raised you on a 3 flush board. Call him here and call the river if you don't hit another club or another A or K. Obviously if you hit one of those outs you should raise.

3betting here is insane.

Why?

3-betting might not be a bad idea here. The villian can't have the nut flush since we hold the A /images/graemlins/club.gif. Depending on the villian and how he plays, he might not cap the turn if we are beat. If he doesn't cap the turn with a flush, 3-betting is probably the best play in this spot.

I don't know what Villain wouldn't cap the turn here with a flush.

Are you saying that you think 3betting here against typical players is the most +EV move? I would think that if he had just raised the turn then it would be different. But he check-raised the turn, and that deserves a little more respect. Obviously not enough respect to fold your top two, but I don't think a 3bet is good here.

do we then take the free showdown if we get it w/o the 4th /images/graemlins/club.gif or full house? if capped or bet into on river after 3-betting, do we fold? Part of your advice is read-dependent, which the OP already said villain just sat down.

w/o reads, i see nothing wrong with calling down after the c/r.
