you are wise to ask. here is a list of some very healthy and good tasting snacks.
1) bowl of honey bunches of oats w/ banana (fresh) and SILK soymilk
2) stonefield (or stoneyfarm or something like that) yogurt (with the cultures in it) w/ blueberry's and fresh strawberry's (thuroughly washed)
3) plain old friut (banana/watermelon/papaya/mango/apple etc.)
these will get you through your day w/ good tasting healthful energy.

An apple,orange,mango,peach, 2 plums,banana ,PB and banana sandwich or the partridge in a pear tree if you can catch it with your bare hands.
