In Gary Carson's 'Complete Book of Texas Holdem' on page 266, he mentions that texas turbo simulations show that 97s win 20% of the time from late position, so in a reasonable number of callers before you, it's worth calling.
Anyone know of any such tables on the web showing hole cards/ position/ likelihood of winning?
