Basically it's very simple.

Push Jxs, and J9+ (push JXos if blinds are destroying me, but then again I would probably push anyt two there).

Push Qx, Kx, Ax and any PP.

Pushing Qx in circumstances where I can fold and still have a healthy stack has been getting me in trouble. What do you guys think? Only Q9+ or what?

Thinking in terms of a fixed "push hand" recipe is not the best approach.

Your push range should vary widely based on your opponent. You might also consider mixing up your raises and seeing flops in certain situations.

I'm a big fan of seeing flops with suited cards heads up. The semi bluffing opportunities on the flop are a great way to either a) take the pot after your oppenent misses, or b) double through / win when they call and you flush hits.

Ah! This may be the key leak which has been limiting my ROI. Thanks guys.
