This was really messy.. I had no idea wat I was doing...

Looks great to me. You didn't crawl under your bed when you were 3-bet on the flop. Nice hand.

If the SB is a decent player I wouldn't raise the turn.

I wouldn't raise the turn either. After the flop 3-bet, I start worrying about a bigger pair.

I raise the turn depending on villain's PFR and AF. His range is TT-KK as well as AK and AQ spades (I would 3-bet both those hands on that flop) if he's TAG but I like raising the turn. He's 3 betting if he has AA but your aggresion on the earlier streets just saved you a BB if he has KK. Based on his turn call I would say that he has KK since this hand is posted.

edit: I would also play this exactly the same way.

Against an unknown, his preflopcheck action and check/3bet on the flop would scare me. I'd call down after the flop 3bet.
