This is from a multi tourny at PokerRoom. (Thats why it's not converted)

I was in the BB and checked my way to the end with a 73o. A seven Rivered This situation comes up often for me. Is it worth a value bet here or is it ok to check? Thoughts?

If it's checked to you...bet. If you get raised (someone's been patient enough to check trips twice)...dump it. But if this is a low-buy-in game your 7 could be a monster (and get called by a 4)

Bet half the pot

I don't value bet 73o here. No way in hell. Check-call is great here, IMHO.
