Good $15-$30 game at the Taj Mahal. I know some of the players at the table. Players perceive me as a tight aggressive player. Partly because I play tight, mainly because I did not get dealt a hand worth playing.

I pick up KK and raise first in from + 1 UTG. I get to cap action preflop in a 3 way pot.

Flop comes AQ3 rainbow

I act first and I bet out..both players fold /images/graemlins/ooo.gif

You had the best hand. It's nice when a smaller pair 3-bets behind you preflop.

There are also plenty of players who love to jam preflop with baby suited connectors against tight players, thinking they will suck out and win a big pot.

Played at Borgata for the second time the other day. Last time 2 years ago. Can't believe I waited this long. Spotted a few Taj regulars there. Games were much, much softer than with the regulars who are at Taj day in, day out.

From one long day I'd say any 10+ game at Taj has twice as many good players as Borgata. And the 15 game at Taj is always on life support because of the 20 game, if going at all.
