Before I moved to 5/10, I got to like 25/16 type numbers at Stars 2/4 and it worked out well for me.

Well, 20k into 5/10 and I'm back to 21/14, and doing poorly.

There seems to simply be too much raising for me to add any more hands... what am I missing. Here are my current standards.

UTG and +1: ATo+, A7s+, KTo+, JTs+, 88+.

First in, middle position through hijack: A8o+, A6s+, KTo+, JTs+, 66+.

First in CO: A6o+, K9o+, QTo+, JTs+, 55+.

First in button: Ax+, K6o+, QTo+, T9s+, any pair.

After limpers: Same as UTG standards.

3-bet: AQo+, 99+ (sometimes any pair against loosies, though).

Cap: AKo+, JJ+

if you know how to, post a screen shot of your positional stats. it will probably be easier to give some advice that way.

What are your blind defense rates, by position?

Is that "cap" category cold-capping, or both cold and capping after you've raised?

Fold SB: 92 (too high, I know)
Fold BB: 54 (seems ok IMO)

Just from checking your stats, i would say your att to steal is way to low. What hands are you stealing with?

It's 31.5. That's not super low, is it?

I don't think is super low, just checked my co and button stats...they are both around 27/24

you're looking in the wrong spot...if you have poor results its in your postflop play, guaranteed.

21/14 (vpip is fine but PFR could go up to liek 16) with good postflop play should be sufficient for a pretty good winrate. I would only worry about really stretching and adding hands after you are pretty comfortable in the game. The extra hands are high-variance, and very read and table image dependant.
