Villian seems reasonable, too tight but maybe getting cold decked. His att to steal is a tad low at 29 but still high enough that i plan on defending here with my suited K.

From thew 60 hands i've played with him, hes a 15/11/my PT stats have messed up his post flop aggression.

Folds. I can't think of a good reason to look him up on this one. A non aggressive guy who raised the turn after you c/r the flop, I don't think you are ahead here much if ever.

Most of the time I fold here. Against some TAGs I think you can call the turn and check-fold the river unimproved. Some TAGs are more prone to use the 'raise turn/check behind river' play with hands like 66-88 or T9 or give up on the river on a bluff if you call the turn bet. This requires a deeper read. But most of the time folding to the turn raise is a good plan.

I probably 3-bet this preflop 50% of the time against this type of player and call the other 50%.

If villian has a tendency to be too aggressive on the flop then I would bet/3-bet the flop and go from there.
