Why only one forum for shorthanded?

Why is there only one forum for shorthanded play that spreads across all the limits? Is there a plan for any more forums like small stakes/ mid stakes and high stakes?

People are talking about it. I doubt it will happen. I for one don't really care; if I feel I don't have a grasp of the stakes in a certain post, I won't reply.
