<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, UTG folds, MP calls, Hero calls.

Definitely raise the flop.

I want to fold this here though... but I'm sure there'll be some disagreement.

Raise flop. Fold turn.

This flop call is no good at all. Raising this flop makes a turn fold much easier under the same set of circumstances. That isn't why you should raise this flop, but it's a bonus here.

I was actually planing a turn/raise but when I saw all that action I mucked...

I agree with how you played it and disagree with everyone who said to raise the flop.
