I have about 1000 hands on the villian. He is 45/27/1.5. He seems very loose and agressive. He will bet the flop when checked to him most of the time. Decision?

What is the range of hands maniac raises pf with?
Speaking as a LAG, I would say any 2 cards 10 or higher, any ace or any pp over 88. I would think, you have to call, you are ahead here a decent amount of time, just dont be surprised with what he has as he can roll any 2 over.

If hes real aggressive, you need to make it hurt more preflop.

I think Im beat here because most super agg players dont use "All In" to push you off pots.

basically what you said is his raising standards PF. I just think when he comes over the top I need to make this call. He didn't play that bad postflop. At worst I figured AQ/AK of clubs, which I am a about even money with.

Eh, I'm not sure on this one.

Just calling preflop and then check-raising this type of flop against a hyperaggro opponent often causes them to interpret it as a resteal against them.

If you decide you want to play a big pot with Jacks, preflop is where the decision should've been made.

Very good advice especially since if you decide to do it, you want to be headsup against the lag since you usually aren't going to make a set.

I know when i'm playing super aggro I will usually make a large reraise with almost any good club draw, so if I were you I would make this call and expect to be about a 55/45 or 60/40 favorite.
