Party $33 MTT - Early KQ flopped 2 pr, get raised

Early in a Party $33 MTT. Opponent in this hand had been pretty laggy. He had been splashing chips enough that I made note of it and didn't get called much, but when we was called won some nice pots. On the plus side I caught 2 pair on the flop, on the minus side the board is very coordinated and Mr. on-a-hot-streak raised my flop bet.

I call this expecting to see a flush draw or pair + gut shot way more often than a made straight/higer 2 pr/set.
