No player should ever be 9-2. That is sickly low. I would not take anyone at less than 25-1. If there are 300-500 players in the event, I don't see why anyone would bet on a certain player. The true odds of winning the event should be 300-1 or 500-1. 9-2 is just plain silly.

These are all the players remaining in the event.

And I voted Mel Judah because Antonio is so not 1.4 and Mel is the only other guy I've heard of.

You're not going to show the results until the event is over? Wtf?

David Singer made the Main Event final table in 2003. He finished 9th when his A-10 lost to Vahedi's A-6. He likes to wear a lot of rings.

and demetriou is that real big dude who was at one of the wsop final tables in the past couple years. or maybe just in the last 20 or so of 2004 ME. I don't really remember.

I know, not the most helpful post. I tried.

9:2 for Antonio to win? I'm gonna put a grand down because he is a steal at anything over 1.4

In my humble opinion, having played with these guys for over 13 hours yesterday. David Singer is by far playing the best. While Antonio has been the suckout luckbox all day, David has continually outplayed and pressured those unfortunate enough to be at his table.

I voted for Andrew Black, cuz I never heard of him. Seems like that is the guy who wins most of these... the unknown.

Demetriou was the guy who Josh Arieh berated for daring to call his all-in with AJ on an AKQ board. Arieh had T9s and drew out his flush on the river then started berating him again. Demetriou would have become my all-time favorite player had he punched Josh in the face right there.

What happened to Raymer in the event. On the Cardplayer site, the updates kept mentioning him as an early chip leader, and then never mentioned him again.

Is the final table for this going to be the final 6 players and not the final 9?

The final table will be 6 players, correct.

David Singer is a very solid player. He used to play the biggest games at Foxwoods and Mohegan and crushed them on a regular basis. I also had the pleasure of playing with him in the WPT Aruba event and he impressed me immensely (sp). The man is a stone and makes every bet exactly the same way. If there was anyone I ever played with that was unreadable, it was that guy.

Peace
