View Full Version : Track casino bonus wagering requirement progress

I started clearing casino bonuses (playing blackjack) about a month ago and became frustrated at some casinos that do not make it easy to see your progress toward the wagering requirement to clear the bonus. I wrote a simple little program to track your progress. I'm sure that anyone who plays these casino bonuses (especially if you use pen and paper to track progress) will find this program very useful. Just save the executable in its own directory and run it. I think it is intuitive enough to not need any explanation.

If someone would like to mirror it, I'd appreciate that as this location is temporary.

Enjoy!

No, why? Is it because my title says stranger?

Who cares? Besides you?

You will be hearing from my lawyer.

I have a better system which I will give free to the 2+2 community. Use your poker chips. Count out the amount you need to wager and put it on your desk. Each time you make a bet, you can move a chip from one part of the desk to another or put it back in the case.

The nice thing about this is you don't need to worry about downloading an executable file from some guy you don't know.

Remember, there are 3 ways to do things, the right way, the wrong way, and the MaxPower way.

Happy gambling everybody.

Do you imply that I am not giving this away free to the 2+2 community? It is absolutely free.

I do understand the apprehention about downloading an executable from someone that you do not know. Not sure how to remedy that concern. Any suggestions would be welcome. I also have no problem sharing the source code.

As far as your system being better. I guess that is a matter of opinion. My program can track multiple casinos and I would argue is much easier than yours. My program also does not require you to own poker chips. Granted that is not a problem for some, but for me and others...it certainly is.

By the way isn't the MaxPower way the wong way?

Of course this little app is a pretty basic counter. Click a button and the number goes up. Woopdie doo!

If you think it'll help and can use it...use it. If you would rather use poker chips, use them. If you'd rather spend $9 for a handheld clicker...help yourself. If you'd rather make hash marks on a piece of paper...I'll not object.

I find the little app useful. Obviously not everyone does.

To each his own.

Luckily I had one of these in stock when I started casino whoring. Works like a charm. Works left handed. No mouse moving and clicking required. I really love the non-volatile memory, never a worry about a crash.

Nice to see that you are off to a good start here. Keep up the good work, I'm sure other people will add you to their ignore list over time, glad I am the first.

By the way...

Are you the welcoming committee to these forums? If so, you should work on your hospitality. My first post to the forums was offering (for free) a program that I benefit from and one that I felt others would find useful. That was a nice thing.

You welcome me by telling me that my nickname is lame. That is a mean thing.

Nice is good.
Mean is bad.

Try being more nice and less mean. Just a free tip from your uncle Max

Too bad you missed it by having me on your ignore list.

You should make it so you can press like F5 or something and it'll increment it, so you won't have to switch over to it after each hand. It'd work the same way as a hand held clicker.

Thanks for the suggestion. Actually there is no need to "switch over to it" because it's always on top of your blackjack table. I usually position it near the action buttons so that I click "deal" and then click the "Add" button that is right underneath it.
