Got called a wussy after this hand...True or False?

This is a NL200 6max hand but myself and villian both have $900. Villian in the hand was pretty loose but sane. Note that this was a limped pot, paired board with a three flush. Should i reraise the turn and or bet the river here?

What do you put villain on? More importantly, would he call a river bet with a Q (trips), or even an ace?
Against a lot of opponents, you may only get called when beat here. But since he is loose, perhaps he might pay you off. This situation seems very read dependent.
