Being in the 10+1's its kind of hard to put your opponent on an exact range of hands. I wanted to kno a pretty standard way to know when to push with any two cards. Also when blind stealing wouldnt be appropriate with a standard pushing hand.

Wow. This is annoying.
Here are the major things to think about when you are trying to steal:
What position are you in?
Stealing from the SB (folded to you) is much more profitable than stealing from the button. (folded to you) The less active players that can/will call you, the better.
What's your stack size?
A 5x BB stack finds itself all-in many more times than a 9x BB stack.
What's your opponent's ranges?
The tighter they are, the more you steal.
In a $10+1, I think those determine the hands you're stealing with. Remember, your situation will fluctuate often.

Not to be retarted but that didtn even answer my question. Maybe i stated it wrong. What are the opportunities to steal with any two cards and hae it +EV. From ICM view point?
