SB pushes [400], BB calls.

Need more info? What level, what buy-in, what are the other stacks? How many players left are there? What's the action before this?

Still, given this completely incomplete situation, I think pushing is right.

the hand doesnt make sense, if youre on the button the sb and bb act after you.
