Looks pretty good to me but I probably would have check raised him on fifth just to be sure I got that extra bet in. I don't think he's going anywhere. Hopefully you took it down.

definately raise 3rd, your hand is too good not to. I'd also have CR 5th, but other than that I think you did good. I doubt he has the straight, I figured him for kings up, set of queens, or just a pair of aces in the hole.

Once you flat call the initial bring in on 3rd and it is raised back to you I would always reraise for value with your hand. Nobody is going anywhere and you get more money in the pot with the best hand.

as I see the action the 9 couldn't have folded until after you call. So I don't understand your reasoning for not raising 5th.
