Party traffic

The other night I noticed that Party listed 70K+ players online, around 10 pm EST. Seems substantially higher than the 50K or so I'm used to seeing. Anyone know if my frame of reference is off or whether they're seeing a recent influx of new players?

afaik 70K+ is pretty standard at prime time nowadays

I think the 70K number also includes play money players, so the real money number is a little lower. You can check pokerpulse.com for the actual numbers. Some 2+2'er is also posting weekly numbers, but I didnt see a post for that this week.
