Can anybody suggest as to what the best form of Video Poker is to play?

3-handed, 5 handed, 10 handed? Is there a difference?

I seem to always get my ass handed to me when I play but supposedly the house only has a 0.5% advantage.

I play according to the advanced strategy at the "Wizard of Odds" sight.

Thanks.

positive VP is any paytable whose theoretical return rate is over 100%.

you've crossposted this into two different forums now, but you still are not telling us what exactly you want to know that you actually NEED to know before playing again.

There are actually a couple forms of VP that, when played perfectly, give the PLAYER a very slight advantage. full-pay dueces wild is one example- i believe that the payout on most playtech online casinos ia around 100.12%- that is, for every $100 you bet, you can expect to profit 12c. whohooo... (actually, a bunch of the payout is tied up in natural royal flushes, so the variance is gigantic, the advantage is tiny... it's practically impossible to actually make money long term playing VP. at a B&M casino, however, if you can find a full-pay dueces machine, and get some kind of cashback on a player's club program- typically like 0.5%, i believe, then VP can be somewhat profitable, but still, all that variance...)

They used to have deuces wild machines that returned 100.8% with perfect play, but they disappeared years ago. Any stories about people making serious money playing video poker are probably from those.

I doubt any online casino would offer even a 100.12% game, since bots could exploit it.
