Villain is loose passive but haven't been doing anything really stupid so far..

yes.

lp's don't usually bet draws. Not many made hands you beat. Pot is small.

This fold is correct given your read.
However, make sure he remains loose passive. Some players do change gears from loose passive to loose aggressive even in the course of one session.
