SF Nightclubs and hotels

Going to be in SF on Saturday and am wondering where the best nightclubs are and where the best places to stay are. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

1015 is good if you like house music. they usually get the biggest DJs there. 1015 is huge and gets packed when there is a big DJ in town. Ruby Skye from what I've heard is a good place to go. I've never gone cause we always goto 1015, but my friends have gone and said its a good time with good looking girls. another place thats ok is the factory. on sfclubs stay away from the X and city nights, they are 18+ clubs.
