SB hasn't been playing many hands and has been doing little calling, so when he calls me on the flop I'm a bit worried. I bet the turn anyway. UTG is loose and passive and bad. When he check and calls the flop, I think he probably has a draw.

I'm not to sure what to do on the turn. I don't think either of them will call with a worse. But I don't want to give a free card since it's so dangerous for my hand here. So I decided to bet. I felt like if I bet any reasonable amount I was going to be committed, so I might as well push. Did I have a choice here?

I'm probably betting ten. Sure you're probably committed once you bet ten, but you are hoping for loose calls by people who don't have odds to draw to their 5 outers. That is more likely to happen if you bet less.
