I saw this play in a freeroll at a local bar and grill. Player A raised three times the big blind. Player B called. Player C, "I call and raise (Player A) all-in. The play gets back to A and he calls. Before Player B acts, Player C flipped over his cards exposing his hand.

The question at the table was, Does Player C's hand get mucked or is it played out?

Can anybody help me with this?

Depends on the rules of the tournament. For example, the WSOP has a rule which specifically says a hand is NOT dead if exposed although the player is subject to a penalty. And in some tournaments, saying "I call and raise all-in" would be considered just a call.
