Big draw on the flop and even bigger on the turn.
I don't think check call is a better line since I had so many outs ?

I didn't go into a raising war b/c I wanted to keep SB and UTG was almost all in at that point...

Your draw isn't that big, as no pair outs are good. Leading turn is -ev with only 2 other opponents and no fold equity. There's also a shot your fulsh draw is no good (although remote), which makes leading into 2 opponents on turn even more -ev.

I don't like the turn bet.

I probably have around 15 outs and 46 cards I don't know. 1:3. It's sligthly -ev on the turn but what about the implied odds ? I might be good to get 1-2 more BB on the river if I hit and can just give up the river if I miss...

Those implied odds still exist if you check/call the turn, it just cost you one less BB when you don't hit. Check/call is the right play here.
