I feel really uncomfortable playing pocket 10's-Q's early in a tournament. I know they are good hands but I'm not sure how strong to play them.

TT is usually a limp. JJ can be a limp or a raise. I almost always raise and reraise QQ.

The one thing you're doing incorrectly is not betting enough. Raising to t150 over a t100 minraise is kinda dumb. You're not pricing people out, you're giving them great odds to call. You need to reraise to like t225, same with second one, since there's more money in the pot, I'd say t250

And I probably lose my stack here twice too.

Just wanted to clear up my first post. Im confident that I would of lost these hands no matter what I did but was not sure how i should approach them/bet them in the future. (AHHH that was REALLLLLY LOUD THUNDER) If my first post came out mad its mostly because my ISP likes kicking me off when Im on the bubble.
