Can/should we sign up for both? I signed up for them, but realized I'd probably still be asleep when they start. So if I'm awake when they start up, I'll register.

What, you're not planning your day around the forum game? Such lack of dedication.....

I'll be there to get pwn3d by ilya again.

1. I just registered.
2. I suck at NL SNGs
3. I may wimp out and unregister if i get scared /images/graemlins/crazy.gif
4. Does that $1 count towards my bonus?
5. I like prime numbers /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Nothing to be scared of. The banter is generally pretty damn funny and the poker play is highly dependent on Doc's stack size.

The game within the game is where it's really at. I'm talking about braggin' rights for the center of the poker universe, Worcester, MA. Toro bested me last week, and I'm out for blood this week.

DrPhysic
06-07-2005, 06:23 PM
And I'll be there so KG, Toro, and Pat can take my dead money as usual.

Of course you can play both. Lots of us do. The Atlantic and Pacific names relate only to convenient times for various time zones. The more the better.

For a measly $11, you can't get any better education or help than playing with these guys. It's the cheapest chance you'll get anywhere on the net to play with some serious players. Some of our guys drop down from $215, $109, $55 to play with the 2+2 posters gang.

Yeah, you're not going to step up and knock them all off the first night. (Don't write that in stone. The sheriff did.) But it's a great group and the best learning experience you can get for the money. C'mon, it's fun!

"Doc's stack size...???"

You mean I'm more dangerous when I'm short stacked again?

Buckeye Donut Puncher quit. He's a quitter. He doesn't have the huevos to even show up! Come to the game and I'll explain to the uninitiates from Ohio what huevos are!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A $10 last longer is up if the buckeye hero has the huevos to show! Respond before 20:00!

The old warrior returned and managed to come back from the brink of early defeat to snatch a glorious victory. He predicted a suckout would win it and he was right, his big chip lead notwithstanding ;-)

Congrats, code !

I play goot.

I will post a HH of this tomorrow, many many questionable hands.

I don't play goot. I went from like chiplead to out in 4 hands. But I only got the chiplead from not playing goot in the first place.

Too much beer...

Neighbor knocking on my door and talking for 20 minutes during the tournament discussing the street parking arrangments...

Too many bathroom breaks (obviously because of the beer)...

AA getting cracked by QJ (because I ran back from the bathroom...saw AA and clicked any button before the autofold (not raising))...

Priceless!!!

Good times...

Hey, AA vs QJ isn't too bad. I got knocked out on a steal from the button in level 5. J4o don't hold up too good against A5o. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

At least you all didn't lose after you were dealt Pocket Kings thrice, and pocket Aces once (all within the first three rounds). Now that is truly a testament to poor play!!!I must have had my luckbox set to "Stun"

All should fear me......

2planka
06-08-2005, 08:45 AM
sheesh! I had only one PP during all of the atlantic game.... and I laid my TT down when Wilbix pushed.

Toro raised from the button 3xbb, Wilbix minraised Toro, I popped it to T580 or something, Toro mucked and Wilbix pushed. I'm a chickenshit.

In all an enjoyable evening. I sucked out horribly on Toro, code, and crookedhat. Guess I deserved to run into Duron's set at the end there.

Glad to see the good participation and the feedback after the games. A HH post or two to argue about isn't a bad thing either.

Happy to see that everybody enjoyed themselves. I was having fun myself until jgunnip cracked my Ks 2p with 8s full.

Thanks to $ock for posting results. I was asleep by the time the Pacific started.

The Sunday Tourny is on for this week. We will need some players if it is to continue, so try to make it.

GL all. GGs.
