I read about it on this forum and I was really interested by this software. The only problem is that it's still under test? No release for the public ? That's quite painful to keep 16 windows open all time...

the programmer has gotten busy with work and hasn't been able to work anymore on it. right now, he could sell it for $50 and I'd buy it (I've been using the beta for a few months now). fortunately (or unfortunately for those who can't get a copy now), he wants to make the program even better, so you're going to have to wait.
