I was playing the final table of a small tournament tonight when this situation came up:

5 handed, standard SNG payouts to the top 3.

Blinds are 2000/4000. One other player and I have ~20k in chips, then there are two larger stacks, probably like 30-40k each, and one shortstack with 9.3K.

Shortstack, who is a fairly tight player moves in from UTG+1 for 9.3K. Folds around to me in the BB. There's 15.3k in the pot, I have ~15K behind and hold 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif2/images/graemlins/heart.gif.

Call the 5.3K or fold?

According to pokerstove, I'm a 2.33:1 dog vs her likely range of hands. Are there any stack-size or tournament considerations that would change this from a call to a fold?

Use ICM. Figure the math for yourself.
