Thanks for Advice ---Monster day

Wanted to say thanks to the regulars who have given advice to some of my posts. Especially Dynasty and MajorKong. On xmas day went to a riverboat and played 3/6 (soft game). Bought in for $100 cashed out for $437 (no kidding). Dynasty and Majorkong had counseled me on not being aggresive enough. I fixed that little problem and along with catching some great hands made a very Merry Xmas for me. Thanks to all the 2 plus 2 posters. (I'm reading, I'm learning, I'm gettin' better)

I had a ridiculous day like that at 4-8 - bought in $180, cashed out at $530. Granted, to do that well you have to have crazy cards, but you have to know how to maximize said cards.

With the wild image I had that day due to some early advertising, I had people calling me the whole way when I had MONSTER hands.

That's pretty much how it went for me as well.
I caught a great run of cards and was able to keep most
of the others in the pot. Pots were huge. I don't know
how to work table image as well as others but
somehow the other poker players just kept coming after me.
However, I did notice most of the table was
drinking so I bought a round for them. I don't drink when playing so this served
to help me even more. I've only been playing poker for
about 3 months so that day is by far my best.
